Bed-sharing deaths of infants persist in Chicago area despite safety warnings

James Robinson will tell you that after the anguish, the guilt and the tears, the hardest part of his son's death was having to face his fiancee. The Chicago man blames himself for bringing 7-week-old DAngelo into bed with him that fateful night. But after spending the day at the hospital with their older son, who had been diagnosed with cancer that day, Robinson feared that if his newborn cried, he had be too exhausted to hear.
